Data Deletion Instructions

Effective 9 September 2026

You can ask Candellar Education to delete personal information associated with you or your interactions with our services.

How to submit a request

  1. Email contact@candellarsg.com with the subject line Data deletion request.
  2. Provide your name and the email address, phone number, or Messenger profile name you used to contact us.
  3. Tell us which service or interaction the request concerns, such as a website enquiry, Messenger conversation, consultation, or enrolment.
Do not send passwords, access tokens, government identification, or payment-card information. We will contact you if limited additional information is needed to verify the request.

What happens next

After verifying the request, we will delete or de-identify the relevant information from systems we control and confirm completion. We may retain limited records where reasonably required for legal, accounting, safeguarding, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.
